Perodua has contributed 9 vehicles to 2 police headquarters in Selangor.
National carmaker Perodua has contributed nine vehicles to two district police headquarters in Selangor, handing over a fleet of SUVs to IPD Hulu Selangor and IPD KLIA in support of local law enforcement operations.
The vehicle contribution comprises seven units of the turbocharged Perodua Ativa compact SUV alongside two units of the seven-seater Perodua Aruz. The handover forms part of the carmaker’s ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives designed to assist frontline public services within the state.

Speaking on the handover, Perodua President and Chief Executive Officer Dato’ Sri Zainal Abidin Ahmad highlighted the company’s appreciation for the sacrifices and daily dedication shown by police officers in maintaining public safety and peace, expressing hope that the new vehicles will bolster their operational readiness.
Phased Handover Across Hulu Selangor and KLIA DistrictsThe vehicle rollout to the Selangor police force was conducted across two phases this year:
Selangor Chief of Police Dato’ Pahlawan Shazeli Dato’ Kahar was on hand to receive the mock vehicle keys from Dato’ Sri Zainal, symbolizing the long-term partnership between the national automaker and the state police contingent.
Growing CSR Fleet: 21 Vehicles Donated to Selangor Police Since 2019Perodua’s automotive assistance to the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) in Selangor has been building over several years. Since 2019, the compact car company has contributed a total of 21 vehicles to various district police headquarters across Selangor.
The latest fleet addition follows several previous donation rounds:
With the addition of the higher-riding Ativa and the rear-wheel-drive, ladder-frame Aruz, personnel operating across Hulu Selangor and the KLIA airport transit hub receive versatile utility vehicles suited for both dense suburban rounds and challenging terrain across the district.
