The Baltimore Ravens have a piece of positive injury news ahead of their divisional matchup against the Cleveland Browns.

Baltimore Ravens fans are eagerly awaiting a positive injury update over quarterback Lamar Jackson, who missed their win over the Falcons with an ankle injury.

But whoever is quarterback in Week 6 between Jackson and Tyler Huntley, they can expect to have an extra weapon at their disposal.

Ja’Kobi Lane is ready to return from IR following the wrist injury he suffered in Week 1.

Head coach Jesse Minter told Ravens media that he is expecting Lane to return, along with big free agency signing Trey Hendrickson, who missed the Falcons game.

Minter said:: “I think both those guys have put themselves in a real position. I think Trey will be chomping at the bit to be ready to roll this week.

J”a’Kobi’s done a really good job. When you’re on IR, how much can you do physically to be ready to play that first week back? He’s in a real good place from a conditioning standpoint.

“I feel pretty good about both of those guys,” he added.

The Ravens are also hoping newly acquired center Cam Jurgens can make his debut, once he passes concussion protocol, relating to his final game for the Eagles.

Ja’Kobi Lane showed a glimpse of his quality in the opening game of the season when he caught a touchdown catch against the Colts. However, the play was ruled out due to a penalty.

Lane consistently showed his quality in training camp, before hauling in a touchdown in his opening preseason game.

The Ravens selected Lane in the third round of the NFL Draft. His wrist injury was just a minor hiccup, and his return could be perfectly timed.

The 4-1 Ravens will be tested against the 3-2 Cleveland Browns this weekend. It would be a great game for Lane to make an impact in.
