I signed up for a Sky Stream + Fibre bundle with the original start date in October and they would buy me out of my EE contract that is due to end in mid-December. However, Sky contacted me to say the works to install the fibre cable to my house is now delayed until early-December. A few days ago, I got a bill from Sky for about half the bundle amount and it turns out this if for the Sky Stream component, including Netflix and Disney+. The issue is, I already get Netflix and Disney+ through my EE package that can only be cancelled once fibre internet is installed. So I'm paying twice for these services,. How can I make sure I don't start paying for any component of the bundle until my fibre connection is installed? (and get a refund on this month's Sky Stream because I'm not going to use it until I get their fibre internet)
