I'm trying to order Sky broadband, but the postcode availability checker says it can't be offered at my address. I'm at a complete loss as to why this is and the customer support agents so far are simply telling me it is a case of the computer saying NO. But I currently have full fibre (500MBps) through vodafone, over/thorugh an openreach connection (apologies if the terminology isnt quite right). If I use the postcode checker for my neighbours either side of me they are showing 900mbps availability. But put my address in and it says Sky cannot offer anything. I've checked the Openreach website for my address which confirms fttp is connected. I have checked the BT postcode checker (i read somewhere else that Sky use the same database) and it said a full fttp connection existed. I also checked my neighbours on these websites and the detail appeared identical. Finally I also checked my Vodafone router which runs through an Openreach ONT box and power supply. Any ideas please - this is super frustrating?
