Found these funky dudes at antidevulian miniatures.

Love the idea that the kids never made it home.

Maybe, Bobbys mind broke the day Uni was killed by Tiamat the Dragon now 30 years on his mind broken wearing Unis skull on his shoulder and  only living to avenge his childhood pet cgasing Tiamat and Venger through the fantasy land.

Although dungeon master found them multiple ways home the others cant leave Bobby behind so have built a new life of adventure robbing and murdering to survive.

Bam been working on a freebooter themed force for most of last edition and got this chap painted just in time for GW to remove the freebooterz …. bugger

Had great fun building this chap making him balance on the wooden leg was fun.

I may have gone a bit over the top with the rust effect, its just loads of fun to use and looks pretty cool also i guess pirate orks would be rusty

The cannon and crew are from kromlech i thought it would be cool to have a gun deck (or is it a poop deck) with cannon and crew for orky broadsides Bam to the max

Had a few hours spare so decided to get some dungeon beasties painted.

I have been slowly collecting random beasties and bad guys to fill out the advanced heroquest monster table.

To make them table redy as fast as possable i went with good ol speed paints followed by a bone drybrush and some watered down strong tone.

Had some fun with the warpaint rust effect on the undead metals. Decided to stipple it to let some of the metal underneath to show through. Its cool as you add more layers the rusty bits build upbas the paint has a very fine texture in it.

Decided to go with plain black bases for no other reason than speed.

As the cat likes to get on the table when we are gaming thought it was time she had her own mini so she can join in.

I know ai is loved and hated by people but i thought it could be a cool tool to waist an afternoon messing around with.

I uploaded this picture to chat gpt and asked for a set of profile images and it made this.

Then i uploaded the obj file to mesh mixer to split the heads in to single images then exported one as an stl which i sized up in chitubox for printing.

Once it was printed i found a suitably heroic body in the bitz box and Bam Grogu is ready to rock.

Was trying to decide if she should have a sword or an axe when this flail turned up and knowing she loves string and things moving about on the end of it, rekon it would be her perfect weapon of choice.

Thought they may need a land train to use as a counts as rogal dorn so ordered up this big ol lump of resin from ramshackle miniatures.

Tried to give it an old epic land train vibe by adding dwarf shields and knot work markings
