NEW YORK — The Farmer’s Dog announced the launch of Crunchy Biscuits, a new line of natural treats. The human-grade, all-natural treats are made with whole-food ingredients, offering an alternative to traditional dog biscuits.

Made without any sugars, fillers or artificial preservatives, the treats aim to provide a wholesome option in contrast to high-calorie, ultra-processed treats on the market. They are available in three flavors: Beef & Sweet Potato, Goat Milk & Blueberries, and Peanut Butter & Pumpkin. Developed by The Farmer’s Dog’s on-staff board-certified veterinary nutritionists, Crunchy Biscuits are only nine calories per biscuit and feature a snap line for easy portioning.

“We started The Farmer’s Dog because we knew dogs needed an alternative to the ultra-processed pellets that had become the industry standard, and we’re bringing that same thinking to treats,” said Jonathan Regev, chief executive officer and co-founder of The Farmer’s Dog. “As people raise the standard for their dogs’ everyday food, we think they should have better options for treats, too. That’s why we created Crunchy Biscuits.”

Crunchy Biscuits are now available through The Farmer’s Dog’s website and Walmart.com.
