Two patrol/coast guard vessels are underway in open ocean, sailing in formation or close proximity. The foreground vessel is a white patrol boat with hull number '8301' and flies what appears to be a French tricolor flag. Behind it is a larger white vessel with red diagonal stripes and hull number '750', consistent with a US Coast Guard National Security Cutter, with a third vessel partially visible in the far background.
