MOSCOW, October 13. /TASS/. Deputy defense ministers Vasily Osmakov of Russia and Nguyen Truong Thang of Vietnam held another round of bilateral strategic dialogue, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

"Russian Deputy Defense Minister Vasily Osmakov and Deputy Minister of National Defense of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Colonel General Nguyen Truong Thang held a regular round of the Russian-Vietnamese strategic dialogue on defense," it said.

According to the ministry, the parties reaffirmed their commitment to making the most effective use of their existing capabilities to deepen military cooperation in the spirit of a comprehensive strategic partnership. The meeting took place in a constructive, warm, and friendly atmosphere, it added.
