MOSCOW, October 13. /TASS/. Strengthening the Russian-Korean partnership makes an invaluable contribution to international stability, said Russia’s Deputy Defense Minister, Colonel General Vitaly Shulika.

Shulika took part in a solemn reception marking the 78th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Russia and North Korea.

"I am convinced that strengthening the Russian-Korean partnership is in the fundamental interests of our countries. It makes an invaluable contribution to ensuring stability not only in the region but throughout the world," Shulika said.
