While Microsoft Teams has made collaborative working much easier, it is not without problems. One major issue facing users is that of bots appearing in meetings and creating a privacy and security risk. Microsoft has announced that it has added new protections to Teams which greatly improves its ability to identify bots. The company says that this helps users have the assurance that the only participants in a meeting are those that are supposed to be there.
