The former president noted that "many will be surprised" by the result

BELGRADE, October 25. /TASS/. The newly formed, youth-backed Students' List, which emerged from a mass student protest, has won the snap parliamentary elections in Serbia, former President Aleksandar Vucic said.

"Many will be surprised, and you'll realize just how much some people lied. Judging by the results of the stratified sample frames, it's clear that we lost this election," he said at his Progressive Party headquarters.
