СпутникиРНSpaceXРоскосмосNASAI am having a hard time understanding your problem.In the main text you said on a restart, you have to put your pin or password when you restart your phone for a very long time now.Then you said every time you open the phone . Are you having a problem with the fingerprint scanner? If this is your problem, go to settings, apps, ( on Ui8.5 next to where it says your apps, tap on the 3 lines and toggle on show system apps. On Ui9 , tap on the 3 dots, sort, toggle on show system apps) type in the search box biometrics, open the info page, go to storage and clear cache.I hope this helps.
