He took the money and ran!

A male escort accused of scamming a lonely New York City widow has fled to Dubai — and secretly wired over $1 million of her fortune to an offshore Middle Eastern account, her attorney claimed Thursday.

Chiseled gigolo Greggory Starr transferred the cash from his account to one based in Dubai, bank records show — just days after grieving Marianne Flippo sued him, claiming he swindled her out of $6 million.

“He moved the money to Dubai, he fled to Dubai,” said the widow’s attorney, Larry Hutcher, after a court hearing in Manhattan Thursday. “He’s still in Dubai. He’s not coming back.”

Starr, 38, and his attorneys hit back, saying there was no fraud and no fleeing — just an escort on vacation.

“What’s anyone doing in Dubai? Traveling and enjoying the Middle East.” said his lawyer Todd Spodek.

The silver-haired hunk’s attorneys were in Manhattan Supreme Court to argue against a request by Flippo — whose late husband was an inventor of the popular game “Roblox” — that his assets should be frozen, as she seeks to get her allegedly siphoned funds back.

Starr — who wasn’t at the hearing — has claimed the pair were in a domestic partnership, with plans to wed, and that they were in love.

“I loved her,” Starr said in a sworn statement submitted to the court. “She had stated multiple times that she wanted to get married, and that she would do it without a prenup even though her children would freak out.”

But Flippo scoffed at the notion.

The 49-year-old — who suffers from a debilitating genetic disorder that renders her skin, organs and veins fragile — also rejected her former paramour’s claims that she treated him like a “human punching bag” during their nearly two-year relationship.

Starr claimed she erupted in violent outbursts, sexually abused him and bragged that she “typically gets what I want because I have money.” 

“I’m 120 pounds,” Flippo told The Post. “I was married to one man for 28 years… I can tell you that I’m not abusive… but unfortunately I can’t prove that to you.”

“Greg has narcissistic personality disorder,” she said, adding they were in therapy together.

Flippo met Starr through the male escort service Cowboys 4 Angels as she sought a companion for an overseas trip following the untimely death of her longtime husband Chad Flippo in August 2024.

She said that when she originally sought a helper from the escort service, she was told Starr was a military and combat veteran who “also did assassin training — and he knew how to fight.”

Flippo claims Starr and a Cowboys 4 Angels employee eventually coerced her into opening up a joint bank account with the gigolo, where she transferred millions. He’s since allegedly moved the cash to an account under his sole control, prompting her to file suit in the hopes of getting her money back.

But Starr argued in court filings that freezing his assets as the case progresses would put him on the brink of poverty, claiming his accounts are already frozen and he’s living off his credit cards.

He’s admitted that he’s already blown much of Flippo’s millions, but claims the cash was spent on her and also went to charity, which her lawyer has denied.

In court, Starr’s attorneys said there was nothing untoward with the million-dollar wire.

“Noting is plainly wrong with transferring  money to Dubai,” Spodek told Judge Lyle E. Frank, “anyone is allowed to do that.”

But Flippo’s lawyer, Hutcher, shot back: “He played a con on Ms. Fillipo, and now he is playing a con on this court,” calling Starr’s claims the “quintessential definition of chutzpah.”

The judge appeared skeptical of Starr, and kept the emergency freeze in place on Starr’s accounts, adding that it was “odd” to transfer money to a “Middle East country.”

“This isn’t like transferring money to Hoboken,” Frank said.
