Attorney urges Galveston residents to call for police accountability after fatal shooting

The call for action comes months after a Galveston police officer fatally shot Randy Martin, 47, during a traffic stop in May. The attorney representing Martin's family said they plan to file a lawsuit against the city and police department in the next few weeks.
