MOSCOW, October 23. /TASS/. The MOEX Russia Index edged up by 1.45% this Friday to 2,464.67 points, according to market data.
The RTS Index added 2.19% and reached 964.05 points. The yuan lost 10.1 kopecks down to 12.064 rubles.
"The MOEX Russia Index largely showed growth on Friday. The benchmark went to the red zone immediately after the meeting of the Central Bank but quickly recovered to a good upside. Oil prices continued updating many-month maximums," Andrey Smirnov from BCS Investment World said in a comment.
