The class of ‘66 City High Dynamos is celebrating its 60th anniversary year.

Friday, Nov. 20 and Saturday, Nov. 21, have been chosen to gather in the Scenic City.

On Friday, there will be a buffet with two meats, several sides, salad bar, and dessert at the Walden Club. It is located on the 21st floor of the Republic Centre, at 633 Chestnut St., and will be from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

On Saturday, there will be a barbecue picnic at City High, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Thanks to donations left from the 50th reunion, there is only a $32 charge per person for the school event.

Please add $2 for printing and postage. It is $75 for both events, $32 just for school or $45 just for the Walden Club, per person.

For those who would like to attend church together on Sunday, Nov. 22, meet at St. Peter’s Episcopal (where Johnny Bonner has served as interim rector) at 10:15 a.m., 848 Ashland Terrace in Hixson.

A special reunion rate of $129 per night has been provided by the TownePlace Suites hotel next to Northgate Mall at 5248 Highway 153. The hotel number is 423 397-7191. Tell them it is for the City High 60th Reunion. The deadline for this rate is Nov. 2.

Deadline to receive payment is Monday, Nov. 2, but earlier is helpful. Payment is non-refundable.
