Allow assignment of project parameters to categories and subcategories

The current problem is that when you create a project parameter and assign it to all categories using the "Select All" command, the subcategories are not checked, forcing you to assign them manually. Example: The Stairs category has the subcategories "Landings, Ramps, Supports." If the menu containing them hasn't been previously opened, the "Select All" command won't automatically check them. An "Expand Tree" command might be helpful to resolve this issue.
