Chicagoland is in a fall weather loop that most, if not all, area residents would love to stay in for a long while. Once again, after some morning fog and cloud cover clear off, a spectacular fall day is on tap Wednesday, with mostly sunny skies and high temperatures in the upper 60s to lower 70s, well above seasonal norms.
