Ford’s Garage, the one-of-a-kind dining concept inspired by the heritage of the Ford Motor Company, opens Tuesday in Chattanooga, marking the brand’s first restaurant in Tennessee.

Located at 2102 Hamilton Place Blvd. near Hamilton Place Mall, the new 8,000-square-foot restaurant offers seating for approximately 250 guests.

“We couldn’t think of a better community than Chattanooga to introduce Ford’s Garage to Tennessee,” said Ted Moats, managing partner of TN Legends and franchise owner of Ford’s Garage Chattanooga. “We were drawn to Ford’s Garage because it brings the heritage of one of the world’s most iconic brands together with great food, friendly service and an atmosphere that’s unlike anything else. Chattanooga’s rich automotive history and strong sense of community make it a natural fit, and we’re excited to open our doors to locals and visitors alike.”

The Chattanooga restaurant is owned and operated by franchisee TN Legends, a partnership of native Tennesseans with more than a century of combined restaurant and hospitality experience. The group includes Mr. Moats, a U.S. Navy veteran, Vanderbilt University graduate and restaurant industry veteran who was a founder of Logan’s Roadhouse; longtime business partner James Blaylock; hospitality veteran Scott Estes; and Swade Elliott, a Tennessee native and 11-year Ford’s Garage veteran who serves as Garage Partner.

“For us, hospitality has always been about people - creating opportunities for our team members and legendary experiences that make guests want to come back,” added Mr. Moats. “Opening the first Ford’s Garage in our home state, building a new team, and becoming part of the Chattanooga community makes this especially meaningful.”

Ford’s Garage Chattanooga marks the growing restaurant brand’s 36th location in nine states as the company expands across the South, Midwest and Northeast.
