MOSCOW, October 17. /TASS/. Anti-Russian sanctions are an ineffective idea of former US President Joe Biden, said Kirill Dmitriev, special representative of the Russian president for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund.

"Most countries have not joined sanctions against Russia and understand they harm the world economy and prosperity," he wrote on the X social network. "Sanctions are ineffective Biden-think."

The post came as a response to a post by Mario Nawfal, who said that most countries in the world have not joined Western sanctions against Russia, because they realize how harmful they are for the global economy and prosperity.
