To the Editor In their randomized clinical trial, Kaski et al evaluated endoscopic sinus surgery for recurrent acute rhinosinusitis (RARS). This is an important area of research, given the limited high-quality evidence available, and the authors should be commended for their study. However, I believe there is an important flaw in their methods that that deserves further discussion.
