He has a £175million fortune and was named Britain's richest star under 30 last year – but that hasn't precluded Harry Styles from a £750 windfall.

That was the amount offered to Harry and neighbours as compensation for fake snow drifting into gardens from a nearby pub, which was a set in the new Bridget Jones film.

Harry's street by The Spaniards Inn, in Hampstead, North London, was a perfect backdrop for Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy, with Renee Zellweger, Hugh Grant and Emma Thompson.

But when a wintry scene was filmed outside the pub last month, fake snow splattered into Harry's street, then drifted into gardens.

I can reveal residents were offered £750 a household as compensation for the inconvenience.

One family donated their £750 to charity. It is not known if Harry accepted his compensation.

A source tells me: 'Residents got a knock on the door apologising for the fake snow being blown all over the place.

'There was snow all along the street. The neighbours were offered £750 as the snow was going into all of their gardens. Neighbours are still finding bits of the white stuff in their gardens and driveways.'

The pub reportedly had a hefty fee for hosting the shoot. But its spokesman said: 'We are not allowed to say.'

As I was leaving, I spotted Lewis Capaldi and Dermot O'Leary visiting Harry at home.

The fourth Bridget Jones film is set for release on Valentine's Day next year.

Richard E. Grant has mysteriously withdrawn his plea to build a 'high quality, thoughtful' poolhouse at his West London home.

The actor wanted to turn a disused garage into an orangery and pool. Cypress trees would be axed and a source said: 'Obviously someone's had a quiet word.'

He avoided protests former Spice Girl Geri Horner has faced over her pool plan in Northants, opposed by churchgoers who fear noise nuisance.

Lady Colin Campbell has found a way round the nuisance of aristos being unable to use titles when checking in online for budget flights.

Following our story last week she tells me: 'You can use the whole title as your surname and then just do Ms. Your title is a part of your surname.

'I took Ryanair for a decade to France and never had a problem.'

She 'couldn't care less my dear' that there isn't an option online to use her title, adding: 'Most people who use Ryanair don't care about things like that.'

She deserves a medal for taking on an armed burglar – but Dynasty star Stephanie Beacham is miffed at never being offered any sort of gong in her stellar career.

A 'little acknowledgement' would be 'lovely', says Stephanie, 77, who's never even been up for an MBE.

She thought she was 'going to die' in 2022 when a burglar with a crowbar ordered her to hand over her money and jewellery in a raid on her home in West London. He was later jailed for ten years.

When I ask why she's not been awarded any gong, she says: 'I don't think anybody has put me on a list. I think that would be very jolly – I've done 60 years of this stuff, and lots of charity... but there we go.

'I really would like one… it's a bit like This Is Your Life and Desert Island Discs because to get a little acknowledgement is a lovely idea. But I'm sure there are social workers who are far more worthy.'

Stephanie, left, who also starred in The Colbys, has lent her support to the Pay Up Now campaign, encouraging the Government to give public service workers a pay increase.

She is partially deaf and has launched campaigns for the charity Sense, which aids the deaf-blind.

She is also a spokeswoman for the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and a member of the British Tinnitus Association.

She is on the Board of Free Arts for Abused Children in Los Angeles, giving abused children access to the arts.

London 'It' girls Isabella Charlotta Poppius and Flora Gibbs brought some wild glam to the aristos' version of Glastonbury.

Model Isabella and ITV racing presenter Flora hung out at the IHG Hotels & Resorts' Hotel in the Wild event during the Wilderness Festival at Cornbury Park, in Oxfordshire.

Isabella was dancing with sculptor Richard Hudson. She was last linked to Alexander Ogilvy, grandson of Princess Alexandra of Kent.

There was a near-miss between Professor Green and ex-wife Millie Mackintosh, who was next door at the Audi event with husband Hugo Taylor.

Wedding bells could soon be ringing for comedian Jack Whitehall and model girlfriend Roxy Horner.

His mum Hilary says Jack, 36, is a changed man since Roxy, 33, had their daughter.

Hilary said of a wedding: 'Who knows? I mean he's had baby Elsie so watch this space… Roxy is a fabulous mother. Jack is so sweet with the baby and does a lot of dancing and singing with her.'

Jack has previously admitted that he 'messed up' his chances of marrying his ex, actress Gemma Chan. He broke up with the Crazy Rich Asians star in 2017 after six years of dating.

Royal jeweller Asprey has been hit with transphobic comments after singer Sam Smith wore a recreation of its Heart of the Ocean necklace, from the movie Titanic, at the Proms last week.

Sam, who is non-binary, peformed in a Vivienne Westwood gown.

Kate Winslet, inset, made the 40-carat, heart-shape necklace famous in Titanic.

Distasteful comments to Asprey included: 'Why would the finest brand in the world do this? Is losing clients your strategy?'

Brian May and his wife Anita Dobson have just netted a £700,000 profit by getting £10.95 million for a London house they bought in 2010 for £10.25 million.

It is the last sale by Queen guitarist May, 77, of three adjacent properties he owned in Kensington. The profit from all three amounts to £13.1million.

Recently he and his actress wife, 75, were eyeing up a £35 million estate in Northumberland.

James Bond star Daniel Craig is worth around £125million – but his half-brother Harry is searching for bar work. Harry, 33, describes himself as 'eccentric & crazy, 80s hair, metal enthusiast, comedian, gentleman & Chief Walrus'.

His last job was assistant manager of a wine store in Wales.

Conrad Shawcross, son of the Queen Mother's biographer Sir William Shawcross, may want to rethink being a sculptor – after cutting off the end of his little finger.

Conrad, 47, shared a picture on Instagram, saying: 'Be careful on the lathe my friends! I thank the NHS for their amazing work to save the end of my finger. Way too gory to show you my finger yesterday.

'Over the past three days I was seen by around 30 different junior and senior nurses, surgeons and medics at Homerton and the Royal London. Nothing beats NHS care.'
