To include currency selection for HCVO Approved in Potential Change page

 Currently, users would like the flexibility to select or change the currency of the HCVO (Head Contract Variation Order) amount on the Potential Change page, similar to the existing functionality available for SC Approved amounts.This enhancement would allow users to select the appropriate currency for the HCVO Approved amount based on the variation order requirements, rather than being restricted to a default currency.Meanwhile, the Budget page should continue to display amounts in AUD by default to maintain consistency in budget reporting.This improvement would provide greater flexibility in managing HCVO amounts across different currencies while ensuring that the Budget page retains its current default currency display.
