In my two telephone conversations with Sonam I have found her to be professional in every way. She has a listening manner and is very capable of not only understanding my concerns but finding a solution to them.Of the agents I have spoken to regarding the issues with my TV freezing she has been not only the one to have recognised the problem but has resolved it.
