After 13 years under the WWE banner, after 24 years in the business, Sami Zayn did the unthinkable at Night of Champions 2026 and shocked the world by becoming the WWE Champion, getting the better of Cody Rhodes and Gunther to ascend to the top of the mountain.

Long recognised as one of the best wrestlers on the planet, and long championed by his peers as a big favourite behind the curtain and away from the ring, Sami has risen through the WWE ranks, becoming a pivotal part of early NXT before making his way to the main roster, becoming a mainstay on Raw, SmackDown, and PLEs, winning various championships along the way, nabbing himself a WrestleMania main event, and now standing tall as the WWE Champion.

As Zayn said in his Night of Champions post-match interview, whether he holds that belt for a cup of coffee or goes on a mammoth tear for months and months, Sami Zayn can always call himself a WWE Champion. And for the longest time, it felt as if that moment would never come, that WWE had passed on too many chances to crown Sami as a World Champion. But here we are, the summer of 2026, with the Last Real Good Guy holding the most prestigious, storied title in the industry.

The thing is, how well do you really know the WWE career of Sami Zayn? To clarify, that's not counting any of Sami's work before WWE or those years where he was allegedly wrestling under a mask. Of course, that masked fella sailed off into the sunset to help run a Mexican orphanage, so he definitely cannot be Sami Zayn...

So, let's get cracking with the toughest Sami Zayn quiz you'll find!
