Coffee shops, a Seattle bakery and a video game lounge are just a few of the 17 additional shops planned for Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

The Port of Seattle announced plans to bring in dining and retail options from 11 different companies on Tuesday. Some of those companies already have stores in the airport, but travelers will see some fresh storefronts as well.

Once construction is complete, the airport will essentially be a coffee museum. The airport already has more than a dozen cafes and bakeries, but it plans to add Anchorhead Coffee Co., Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, The Café Hagen Hall and The Flora Bakehouse.

“The new coffee concessions represent the region’s renowned coffee culture and vast landscape of roasters and flavor profiles, while the retail concessions ensure local and visiting passengers truly feel the Pacific Northwest sense of place,” the Port of Seattle said in a news release.

Sufficiently caffeinated travelers may also play video games at Gameway, a gaming lounge, and traverse convenience, retail and travel gift shops. Those include Chalo, Tender Loving Empire, Ballard Harbor Co., PNW Travel Right, Rainier Outfitters, Queen Anne Hill, Pioneer Square Underground, Rainy Day Market, SODO Supply and Love, Seattle.

Shoppers will also have access to familiar brands, including the apparel company Johnston & Murphy and beauty brands Tom Ford, Jo Malone and MAC, at two new locations.

Construction on each of the spaces will be staggered, with some slated to begin in 2027, according to the news release.

Most new shops will be located throughout the Central Terminal area and Concourses A and C.
