Re: ACI Sandbox Always-On authentication failed

Hi,Rafael.I face same issue since yesterday. Status shows "could not process bad request". When I login it show same error "User credential is incorrect - FAILED local authentication". ID is ACI Simulator Always-On -20261007T09331029.Could you support to troubleshoot this issue. Thank you.
