I kid you not, my first exposure to this homebrew was through a site called Sprite Database. They called it a pirate, when really, it's not a bootleg. I randomly found a website where you can play it and had the ROM, but I won't link to or mention that site. Made by an unknown person.

This is based on original Dragon Ball and you play as Kid Goku running while carrying milk bottles, and must jump over obstacles and avoid the dinosaur chasing him. Your goal is to get to the end. Lose all three milk bottles, and you lose a life. However, if you get hit and one of the bottles flies up in the air, you can catch it to get it back. A pretty fun and challenging homebrew.
