Running out of iCloud space? You can get 1TB of encrypted LifetimeCloud storage for just $39.99 (MSRP $199). You can use it with unlimited devices and share with family members — with no additional monthly or annual fees after your one-time payment.

Apple currently charges $9.99 per month for 2TB of iCloud storage, so you can see what a great deal this is.

Get 1TB of encrypted LifetimeCloud storage for just $39.99

Apple makes it remarkably easy to accumulate digital stuff. Between iPhone photos, videos, documents and whatever is currently occupying your Mac, your storage can disappear quickly.

LifetimeCloud is entirely browser-based, so there’s no additional app taking up space on your devices. Just open Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox and log into LifetimeCloud. Then you can upload, sync and share files from as many computers and phones as you like.

LifetimeCloud’s privacy setup stands out. The service uses zero-knowledge AES-256-GCM encryption, which means your files are encrypted before leaving your device. According to LifetimeCloud, even the storage provider can’t read them. Your data is hosted on servers in Italy under GDPR requirements.

File version history, family sharing and other perks

With LifetimeCloud, you aren’t limited to simply dumping files into the cloud, either. The plan includes one year of file version history, a built-in file editor, simple file and folder sharing and free updates.

The family-sharing option makes that 1TB more flexible for a household. Up to five members can use the plan, giving everyone a place for their files, without setting up separate storage plans.

One limitation could matter depending on what you store: LifetimeCloud caps individual files at 1.5GB. You can upload an unlimited number of files within your 1TB allowance, but people who regularly move extremely large video files should take that restriction into account.

For everyone else, particularly anyone watching their current cloud storage allowance steadily disappear, this is a worthwhile option.

Save on a lifetime subscription to 1TB of LifetimeCloud cloud storage

LifetimeCloud currently sits at five out of five stars based on reviews in the Cult of Mac Deals store.

“It is great and works well,” wrote one verified buyer. “The service is reliable.”
