Colorado Mills says a yoga tenant fell behind on rent before closing.

The Lakewood mall is suing Align Yoga Fitness Wellness for $525,000 in past and future rent following that studio’s decision to move out in May. Align complained about the mall then.

“Our landlord was not easy to work with,” owner Perrin Kringel told Align customers on Facebook. “We faced exorbitant rent rates, ongoing building and space issues, as well as friction at our location. I would have preferred more time to share this sad news.”
