Lana Del Rey's swamp guide husband Jeremy Dufrene has issued a blistering denial to social media allegations that he was unfaithful to her.

After the sensational rumor first surfaced online, it was repeated on the Instagram gossip account Celebritea Blinds by an anonymous female influencer, who noted the claim remained 'completely unverified' at that time.

'What if Lana Del Rey's so-called fairytale marriage is actually turning into the exact kind of relationship she spent her entire career singing about?' she said.

Dufrene leapt into the comments and raged: 'Who is this rumor spreading b!+(h ?,' before reassuring his wife's fans: 'Yall don't believe this.'

He insisted he was 'with Lana 24-7 or she knows exactly where or what I'm doing. She seen this and was like what bull s***. Lady go fly a kite if you know how.'

The 51-year-old, who conducts alligator tours in Louisiana, concluded his message with emojis of a kite and a hand giving the middle finger.

The Daily Mail has contacted Del Rey's representative for comment.

Del Rey, 41, marked her second wedding anniversary with Dufrene last week by posting never-before-seen Instagram images of their nuptials.

One reel showed Del Rey decked out in her lace-trim CINQ bridal gown as she and her new husband shared a kiss at the altar.

Dufrene exchanged vows with Del Rey at an intimate ceremony on the Louisiana bayou in September 2024, a mere month after their romance went public.

It emerged that Del Rey and Dufrene had been acquainted since 2019, but that their equation had remained platonic until five years later.

They first met when she played the Buku Music + Art Project event in Louisiana and spent her off-time indulging in the sightseeing experience of one of his swamp tours.

In May 2024, she took her siblings on a tour with Dufrene and posted an Instagram photo of the outing captioned: 'Family w my guy @jeremy.dufrene.'

Dufrene's ex-fiancée Kelli Welsh, whom he was engaged to for 12 years until October 2023, told the Daily Mail how taken aback she was at his marriage to Del Rey.

'I am in shock because we were engaged for 12 years, and he got married after one month,' Welsh observed in the immediate aftermath of the wedding.

'But I am happy for him. He is a very protective, hardworking, manly man. He needed to get out of his comfort zone. He was used to bayou life and being out on the swamp. He is deserving of this blessing,' she said.

‘I will say that he really does look happy with her. And she does with him which is a good thing to see. It's not a fake happy – he truly is in love with her,' Welsh added.

‘He has always been a giver so to have someone give to him, he deserves it,' she said fondly. 'He is a very solid guy. I care about him deeply as a friend. His ability to love and care and protect people makes him so attractive.’

According to Welsh, she and Dufrene first had a yearlong relationship as teenage sweethearts, beginning when she was 16 and he was 19.

In the years after their first breakup, he tied the knot with his first wife Gina and welcomed two sons and a daughter with her.

He reunited with Welsh after his divorce and proposed to her in 2012, but she then delayed the marriage because of her father's death, which left her devastated at the prospect of walking down the aisle without him on hand to give her away.

During their time together, Dufrene also helped raise Welsh's daughter Alana, who was said to still be living with him at the time of his marriage to Del Rey.

Last year, Del Rey confessed that when she first met Dufrene she 'realized pretty immediately that I loved him, but that it might get difficult because of what I was bringing to the table,' in an interview with W.

'Jeremy said: "I work with alligators - I have tough skin." And he is a man of his word. All the things that made me upset - and there were so many! - he would just listen and say: "You be you - and I’ll just love you more."'

Del Rey also expressed admiration for Dufrene's even keel when he found himself suddenly exposed to searing public scrutiny over their romance.

'If I was him, I would have been nervous - my emotions were more overwhelming than usual, and my usual emotions can be quite overwhelming!' the Summertime Sadness singer recalled with a laugh. 'But Jeremy was fine. He said: "If you want, worry about yourself, but don’t worry about me!"'
