Skylar Wayne Pelletier has a history of violence and sexual assaults against women, and has twice violated conditions of a supervision order that was issued in 2021.
He was arrested in 2023 in Chilliwack for breaching his conditions, and again in 2025 in Vancouver, according to court records.
Pelletier is 6-foot-1, weighs 82 kg and has a medium build. He has short black hair and brown eyes.

Pelletier will be monitored electronically and by corrections officials, and must comply with specific conditions: he can’t contact any of his victims; can not consume alcohol, drugs or any intoxicating substances; must abide by a curfew from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.; and can not possess knives or weapons.
Anyone witnessing Pelletier in violation of his conditions should call 911.
