Amazon's Big Deal Days sale kicks off next week (October 6-7), which means we're about to get a look at some of the season's best Samsung Galaxy deals. From S26 smartphones and wearables to tablets and laptops, it's no secret that Samsung produces some of the best tech on the planet. This October Prime Day presents a great opportunity to get some of these devices for cheap, well before the Black Friday sales kick off in November.

I've been working sale events like this for many long years now, so I have a pretty good idea of what Samsung devices will be going on sale and which you might want to avoid until the holiday season hits.

Needless to say, the best deals during Amazon's sale will be exclusive to Prime members, so be sure to sign up if you haven't already. The retailer is even offering a free 30-day trial so you can explore the ins and outs of Prime membership without paying a cent. Whatever you're looking to buy during Amazon's Big Deal Days sale, this guide has everything you need to know about shopping Samsung tech during the sale. There are even some early deals available right now, so let's jump in.

Just like July's Prime Day and the Big Spring Sale in March, Prime Big Deal Days is yet another sitewide sale event for Prime members only. This October event showcases some of the season's best deals across a wide variety of product categories, from phones and tablets to clothes and kitchen appliances. Amazon's Big Deal Days also signals the start of fall sale season, giving shoppers an early look at what to expect when the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales go live in November.

If you like to buy your Samsung phones and other devices unlocked, October Prime Day is an excellent time to do so. For starters, I'm expecting that we'll see the entire Samsung Galaxy S26 series get heavily discounted as part of the sale. The flagship phones received discounts as high as 30% during the official Prime Day event last July, so you can pretty much guarantee that the price will drop that low (or even lower) once Big Deal Days kicks off on October 6th.

The latest Samsung foldable phones (including the Galaxy Z Fold 8, Z Fold 8 Ultra, and Z Flip 8) are also sure to receive record-smashing discounts as part of the sale, in addition to the latest Samsung smartwatches, tablets, TVs, and more. I'd also keep a special eye out for discounts on Samsung SSDs, as storage devices remain in high demand due to the ongoing RAM crisis.

Yep, as with all of Amazon's sitewide sale events, the best deals during Prime Big Deal Days will be exclusive to Amazon Prime members. If you're not a member yet, it's worth mentioning that the retailer offers a 30-day free trial so you can explore all of the benefits of Prime without paying a thing.

Don't want to support Amazon? You're in luck: the retailer's biggest competitors (think Best Buy, Walmart, and Target) typically launch rival sales to coincide with October Prime Day, so you might be able to match Amazon's prices without breaking a sweat.
