Following the pre-orders, the new Halo: Flashpoint releases are now available from Mantic Games for those looking to expand their Spartan-filled tabletop Sci-Fi skirmishes. The UNSC and the Banished get new reinforcements with these releases.

We kick things off with the UNSC Marines, who will drop into battle alongside their Spartan leader, Tomas Horvath. This comes with all sorts of bonus ways for you to build your Fireteam in games of Halo: Flashpoint with options for...

• UNSC Corporal with M45K ‘Avenger’ Carbine
• UNSC Medic with M6C/SOCOM
• UNSC Marine with M41 SPNKr
• UNSC Marine with S7 Sniper Rifle
• 2x UNSC Marine with BR55 Battle Rifle
• 2x UNSC Marine with VK78 Commando
• 2x UNSC Marine with Pulse Carbine
• 2x UNSC Marine with MA5D Assault Rifle

The set also comes with the aforementioned Spartan Tomas Horvath and you'll also get all of your unit cards, special order cards and the Zeta Halo Expansion Booklet. As with all of the sets you see here, you will need to get one of the Starter Sets for Halo: Flashpoint in order to use these miniatures.

If you'd prefer to throw your lot in with the Banished, then you can also get a set for them!

Warmaster Atriox has spurred these Unggoy (Grunts) and Kig-Yar (Jackals) on to fight all the harder against the UNSC forces and the Spartans on Zeta Halo. Not known for their courage, these reinforcements are also marshalled by a Sangheili (Elite) Enforcer who will be making sure they keep fighting.

• 1x Sangheili Enforcer with Shock Rifle
• 2x Kig-Yar Freebooter with Needler & Energy Shield
• 2x Kig-Yar Sniper wtih Stalker Rifle
• 2x Unggoy Conscript with Needler
• 2x Unggoy Conscript with Plasma Pistol
• 2x Unggoy Assault with Disruptor
• 2x Unggoy Assault with Needler

Once again, you'll get a good mix of different sculpts for you to use when building your Fireteam and giving some additional support to the Brutes on the battlefield. As well as being great for Halo: Flashpoint, these sets really open up the floodgates for those wanting to play Halo in different ways on the tabletop beyond Flashpoint.

You could use these miniatures for both the UNSC and Banished/Covenant to make armies in games like OnePageRules or perhaps theme skirmish games like Stargrave set in the Halo universe. It could be a good way for Halo fans to get more from the miniatures in other games! Maybe you could even use these to do a solo wargame where you play as Master Chief going up against the Covenant in the original Halo?

If you missed it during the pre-orders, you can also get your hands on Fireteam Grizzly.

Fireteam Grizzly contains miniatures that were previously only available within the War Games expansion to Halo: Flashpoint. More Spartans is no bad thing and this set comes with...

• Spartan CQB with Energy Sword
• Spartan Gungnir with Plasma Launcher
• Spartan HAZOP with M45 Shotgun
• Spartan JFO with Concussion Rifle

...and the various unit cards that you need to use them on the tabletop. Again, even if you're not playing Halo: Flashpoint all that often, these miniatures are perfect for collectors who want to paint up their Spartans they play as in multiplayer and such, matching their colours to how they look in-game.

In addition to the miniatures, there is also an updated card set for Halo: Flashpoint and if you'd like to learn more about the game and find out about the updates and the game in general, you can dive into the app HERE.

Are you going to scoop up these new Halo: Flashpoint releases now that they're readily available?
