BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A man suspected of causing a hit-and-run collision that critically injured a 5-year-old turned himself in Tuesday, according to the Bakersfield Police Department. Gael Garcia, 22, turned himself in to BPD’s traffic investigators with his attorney present, officials said. He was booked into Lerdo Detention Facility on suspicion of felony hit-and-run. [...]
