Salman Khan gets angry at driver, hits him after car runs over fan's foot while making way after Ganpati darshan in MumbaiInstagram

Bollywood actor Salman Khan is known for his witty sense of humour, death stare as well as his anger. Of late, Bhaijaan has been busy shooting for Bigg Boss 20's Weekend Ka Vaar episodes. He is also seen attending Ganpati pandals and attending pujas.

On Tuesday, the actor was seen at the Ganpati visarjan of his sister Arpita Khan's Bappa, where he was seen dancing with his family members, niece Ayat and teasing actor Varun Dhawan. He also performed aarti before the visarjan.

On Thursday, Salman Khan's car arrived for a Ganpati celebration hosted by Maharashtra minister Ashish Shelar. His convoy had to make its way through small lanes to reach the pandal, while a crowd had gathered to catch a glimpse of Salman Khan. Upon seeing Salman's entourage, fans gathered around his car and the actor had to plead with the media to make way for him and the crowd.

Amid the chaos on a crowded street, a young fan's foot came under Salman Khan's car. The driver was seated in the car when he accidentally tried to move the vehicle. A video of Salman Khan scolding the driver has gone viral.

A video of the incident surfaced online and showed Salman Khan, seated in the passenger seat, blasting the driver as he appeared to explain what had happened.

Videos from the visit also showed his interaction with a young fan, with one clip showing him objecting after the child was pushed in the crowd and then pausing to speak to him before shaking hands and getting into his car.

Videos from the visit showed Khan arriving amid tight security, folding his hands before Bappa and offering prayers with a tilak on his forehead. As he walked back towards his car after the prayers, a young fan approached him in the middle of the crowd. When the child was pushed in the rush, Khan objected, then stopped to speak to him before shaking hands with him and getting into his car.

The visit came soon after Khan joined Ganpati festivities at brother Sohail Khan's home. He took part in the traditional aarti with his siblings and other family members before the Ganpati idol was immersed.

Videos from that celebration also captured a light-hearted moment with sister Arpita Khan, who noticed that Salman was performing the aarti the wrong way and quickly stepped in to correct him. Salman laughed before agreeing with her. He was also seen joining Iulia Vantur during the aarti, while Arhaan Khan, Arbaaz Khan's son, helped with the immersion of the idol.

Work front

On the work front, Salman is preparing for his next film with director Vamshi Paidipally and will star opposite Nayanthara in their first on-screen pairing. He has also been sporting a leaner look ahead of the project. His film Maatrubhumi: May War Rest In Peace, originally announced as Battle Of Galwan, remains on hold after initially being targeted for an Eid 2026 release.
