President Donald Trump announced he will make a primetime address on Thursday, but it is reportedly not about the Iran war or the country's economic hardships.

Instead, the President plans to deliver an address regarding newly declassified intelligence reports about foreign nations interfering with the 2020 election, two White House officials told MS NOW. 

CIA Director John Ratcliffe, acting Director of National Intelligence Bill Pulte, FBI Director Kash Patel and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin are expected to join the President for the address, the sources shared.  

When Trump first posted about his remarks, some online supposed it would be regarding the recent flare up between the US and Iran after Trump's ceasefire agreement with the regime fell through once again. 

But it appears that the Republican is angling to use the address to rehash issues with the 2020 election, which he maintains he won, despite Joe Biden's certification as President a half decade ago. 

The Daily Mail contacted the White House and ODNI for comment. 

'It's just going to be a speech like a lot of my speeches,' Trump told radio host Hugh Hewitt on Monday afternoon without elaborating. 

Trump recently noted on a flight aboard Air Force One that Pulte, the acting head of the ODNI, was given the green light from the President to 'declassify whatever you want.' 

Trump added that he told Pulte he could release files on the 2020 election and the alleged interference. No widespread election interference regarding the 2020 contest has ever been produced. 

An ODNI report released in 2021 alleged that foreign 'influence operations aimed at denigrating President Biden's candidacy and the Democratic Party, supporting Trump, undermining public confidence in the electoral process and exacerbating socio-political divisions in the U.S.' 

Pulte, who has no previous intelligence experience and serves as Trump's top federal housing official, is seen as one of the President's most loyal allies. 

Trump has noted that Pulte will only serve at ODNI for a time before being replaced by the President's nominee Jay Clayton, who still needs Senate approval.  

A White House task force has reportedly been assembled to track down documents related to the 2020 election. The group is expected to release some of its findings this week, sources told MS NOW. 

Those findings could be central to the President's Thursday address. 

Pulte's predecessor, former DNI Tulsi Gabbard, was seen outside of an election facility in Fulton County, Georgia, in January, setting off speculation that she was investigating 2020 election-related activity. 

At the time the FBI had raided a Georgia election office and seized voter records from the location.  

Gabbard later said that she was present because Trump ordered her to observe the operation.   

'[To] preserve the integrity of our elections, we must understand whether there has been foreign or other malign interference in our elections, and whether vulnerabilities exist in our election infrastructure that could be exploited in future elections,' Gabbard said shortly after the raid. 

Trump, meanwhile, said that Gabbard was asked to observe the operation at the request of former Attorney General Pam Bondi. 

Trump's last primetime address was on April 1 when he heralded 'overwhelming victories' in the battle against Iran. On Monday he promised more strikes against the country as he said the US would attempt to take over the Strait of Hormuz.
