And under no circumstances such a project could be achieved within the model of politics/geopolitic we currenty see as being agressivelly pushed

At first glance it all may look convincing but i think everything started long time ago, much earlier than all these paradigms could expect
Mk-ultra comparable timeline ignores Wilhelm Reich, Helena Blavatsky, Ada Lovelace, James Tilly Matthews, John Dee as well as all spiritualism, witches, heretics, religious wonders, demonic possessions and divine inspirations.
So all our civilisation is entire simulation

Thats the things that are official archaeology, academia and history of technology dont even tries/bothers to explain
But actually everything started earlier - we can say take into consideration the appearance of biological/occultism trophic/adaptive model that appeared shortly after appearance of culture (in terms of culture of microorganisms, not necessarily in the Earth) and combines the features of predatory organisms, (N-level-super-)parasitism, pathogens, host-altering (like viruses), cannibalism and extinction factors (like algae) and its parasites on culture(s)
But actually we can go even deeper and imagine some cognitive evolution in everything and neural networks as old as cosmos. To do it we just have to mix:
- distributed sensing, computing in chaotic media, in materio reservoir computing
- cellular automats
- neuromorphic computing
Now if we look at cosmos we will see that its black. If it would be infinite - everything would be filled with same uniform light from stars. Some may argue that the cosmos inflates which causes redshift, but if it was true then everything would disappear in reddish/pink haze. So there are either some sort of domain walls surrounding our cosmos or some clouds of (organic) carbon clouds. Maybe these phenomenas are mixed. Maybe even they are closer than we could expect and some of "stars" and "galaxies" are actually artificial bodies/satellites/drones.
So i would suggest to take into consideration not just local cosmos but all (big) cosmos.
And finally we used to see at particles through the optics of quantum mechanics and some solipsism-feel quantum properties, but you can take them as just topologies (say mobius-strip way twisted toroid/bagel) in aether. It will perfectly explain seemingly mind-blowing properties like spin = half integer or s = 3/5.
Now take all virtual particles, particles, quasiparticles, waves, solitons, diffraction, forces, interactions, defects, deformations, properties, fields etc and imagine them as topology
Ofcouse it will be holographic.
Now imagine all processes of (big cosmos) acting as big holographic topologic computer computing reality via simulation.
Due to holography everything will be connected and reality therefore will be quge holographic topologic equation
And due to size some processes could be quite a huge scale by the Earth or human life estimations
Now imagine that is all just manifestation of one consciousness beyond/behind all forms and transformations.
So we all processes filled with the same Absolute Consciousness
We all are part of the same Cosmic Consciousness
