Joss Stone will allegedly return to the upcoming final of The Masked Singer as a guest judge, having won last year's series dressed as Sausage.

The singer, 34, is set to take part in an all-stars duet with previous contestants Jason Manford, 40, Aston Merrygold, 33, and Nicola Roberts, 36, according to reports.

It is thought the four-piece will team up with the three contestants standing - Mushroom, Robobunny and Panda - despite not knowing their identities.

A source told The Sun: 'All four celebrities were sensational finalists on the first two series, so this almost feels like an all-stars episode to see out the current season with a bang.

'As last year's winner, Joss is the perfect choice to invite back to be the latest in a series of guest judges.

'And it's going to be hilarious to see Jason return to wear his Hedgehog outfit, Nicola in her Queen Bee costume and Aston return as Robin to perform duets.'

The Super Duper Love songstress previously tole the publication: 'I'd love to return as a guest judge, if they ask!'

Aside from the star-studded gig, all of this series' unlucky contestants will reportedly return to the microphone one final time as part of another collaborative tune.

Joss won last year as Sausage with Aston reaching an impressive third place under the identity of Robin.

Prior to that, Nicola took the crown as Queen Bee in 2020's first ever series, where Jason bagged himself a respectable second-place gong as Hedgehog.

It comes after former Destiny's Child singer Michelle Williams was unveiled as Rockhopper on the show.

The star, 42, joined Aled Jones, 51, in leaving the ITV show as part of a double elimination.

The judges - Rita Ora, 31, Davina McCall, 54, Jonathan Ross, 61, and Mo Gilligan, 33 - were all surprised when Michelle took off her mask to reveal her identity.

Following her exit, the chart-topping star said: 'Oh my God, the panel ... really? Y'all were getting a little warm but it took Jon to be like, "She's in a girl group." And I was like, "Oh, shuck ... they are gonna get it."

'But I had fun trolling you guys. I have to admit I had fun, you know ... joshing y'all for it all of these weeks.'

Meanwhile, Aled was unmasked as Traffic Cone earlier in the show, with the star also managing to fool the judging panel.

Aled joked after he was unveiled: 'Can I go back to singing classical songs now?'

The Masked Singer continues next Saturday on ITV at 7pm.
